BANKRUPTCY JUDGE CARL L. BUCKI

The current term of office of Carl L. Bucki, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of New York, is due to expire on December 29, 2021. The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit is considering the reappointment of Judge Bucki to a new term of office and has determined that he appears to merit reappointment subject to public notice and opportunity for public comment.
