Pro Se Assistance Program at both Buffalo and Rochester Courthouses will re-open on Wed. June 5, 2019 during their regular hours: Buffalo (Wednesday and Friday, 11:30 am to 2:00 pm) and Rochester (Wednesday, 11:30 am – 2:00 pm).
