Chief Judge Wolford entered General Order No. 153 regarding the Due Process Protections Act and its amendments to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 5(f).  Also entered is General Order No. 154 regarding Possession of Firearms and Weapons Within the United States Courthouses in the Western District of New York.
