By order of the Chief Judge, Frank P. Geraci, Jr. the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York will close at 2:00pm on Friday, May 22, 2020.  The court will re-open with normal business hours after the Memorial Day holiday on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
