The U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York has posted updates to the Court’s Local Civil, Criminal and Patent Rules of Procedure on the public web site.  The updated rules are effective January 1, 2023.  They can be located by clicking on “Attorney Information” and then choosing “Rules: Individual, Local & Federal.”  An executive summary of the changes to the Local Rules can also be found here.
