Prior to being added to the panel, all new mediators selected by the Court are required to complete mediator training in accordance with section 5.2 of the Court’s ADR Plan.  The 26 mediators listed above successfully completed WDNY Mediator Training in Rochester, NY, July 23-25, 2019, and will join 102 current members of the Court’s Mediator Panel.  In the future, the Court will review the Mediator Panel every three years pursuant to ADR Plan § 5.3.  Please visit the Court’s ADR Website at: https://www.nywd.uscourts.gov/alternative-dispute-resolution, to view the full Mediator Panel.
