Best Practices and Strategies

Wednesday, October 30, 2024
from 12:00 – 4:30 p.m.
at the Robert H. Jackson United States Courthouse
4 Transitional CLE credits in the Area of Skills

Featuring interactive instruction on best practices selecting a jury in federal court.
Participants will observe a mock voir dire of a Section 1983 trial
presided over by Chief United States District Judge Elizabeth Wolford,
conducted by nationally recognized jury consultant Charlotte Morris
and a team of distinguished federal litigators including: Cheryl Meyers Buth,
Rodney O. Personius, David Rothenberg, and Steven G. Schwarz.
Lunch will be provided.

*There is no charge for this CLE program, but eligible attorneys must join the
Court’s Pro Bono Volunteer Panel to attend. Attorneys employed by government
agencies or nonprofit organizations are exempt from the requirement to join the
Panel to attend this program.
