The U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York is scheduling downtime for maintenance to the case management system, CM/ECF.

E-filing will be unavailable from Friday, October 25, 2024, 6:00 PM EDT until Sunday, October 27, 2024, 4:00 pm EDT. 

Documents with special circumstances will be accepted via email to CMECF_Support@nywd.uscourts.gov while e-filing is unavailable. These documents will be limited to those with a statute of limitations deadline, emergency injunctive relief, notices of appeal, or other urgent matters.  Documents submitted by e-mail will be deemed filed as of the date they were received, and will be entered on the docket by the Clerk's Office as soon as practical.
