Case Management Upgrade (NextGen)

The Court’s case management system (CM/ECF) will be shutdown starting at noon on Friday, December 17, 2021 for a planned upgrade.  The system will remain unavailable for electronic filing until testing is complete in the afternoon on Sunday, December 19, 2021.  Once testing is complete on Sunday, an update will be posted on our website and an e-mail will be sent.
The Clerk’s Office will remain open on Friday, December 17th until 5:00pm to receive any hand-delivered filings.  Drop boxes in each city can be utilized during that time.  If an emergency filing is necessary before Monday, December 20th please contact our afterhours line - 716-202-8110.  You’ll be asked to leave a detailed message.  Someone from the Clerk’s Office staff will call you back to make arrangements to accept the filing.
