Prior to being added to the panel, all new mediators selected by the Court are required to complete mediator training in accordance with ADR Plan § 5.2.  The 26 mediators who are listed above successfully completed WDNY Mediator Training last week in Buffalo, NY, June 3-5, 2019, and will join 76 current members of the Court’s Mediator Panel.  A second group of 27 new mediators are scheduled to join the Court’s Mediator Panel in July following completion of Mediator Training in Rochester, NY.  The Court last increased the panel in 2012.  In the future, the Court will review the Mediator Panel every three years pursuant to ADR Plan § 5.3.  Please visit the Court’s ADR Website at: https://www.nywd.uscourts.gov/alternative-dispute-resolution, to view the full Mediator Panel.
