The U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York has updated its Local Rules for Civil, Criminal and Patent cases.  The updated rules can be found on the Court’s website under “Attorney Information -> Rules: Individual, Local & Federal.”  Paper copies are available in the Clerk’s Office in both Rochester and Buffalo.
