Effective December 1, 2023, the Judicial Conference approved increases to fees on the district and appellate miscellaneous fee schedules.  Several fees are affected and involve filings, certifications, searches, retrievals, and reproductions.  An updated fee schedule is available for download and has been posted under the Clerk’s Office tab on the Court’s website.  Additionally, effective December 1, 2023 the Judicial Conference and the judges of this district approved increases to the attorney admission fees.
