E-filing will be unavailable Friday, June 9, 2023 from 3:00 PM EST until Sunday, June 11, 2023, 6:00 pm EST. Documents with special circumstances will be accepted via email to CMECF_Support@nywd.uscourts.gov while e-filing is unavailable. These documents will be limited to those with a statute of limitations deadline, emergency injunctive relief, notices of appeal, or other urgent matters.
