Request for Comments Regarding the Local Rules of the Western District of New York

The Local Rules Committee of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York is soliciting comments for suggested amendments to the Local Rules of Civil and Criminal Procedure and Local Patent Rules, which are available on the Court’s website at www.nywd.uscourts.gov. Please submit your comments by no later than July 5, 2024 to:
