2nd Circuit Requirements to Use Electronic CJA Forms

NOTE:  It has come to the Circuit's attention that some of our panel may experience a hardship in instances where they have been working on an assigned case for many months and are now required to convert their already filled out, but unbilled worksheets, to our new fillable forms.  Recognizing this the Circuit has agreed that the requirement that all vouchers be submitted on fillable forms shall APPLY TO ONLY NEW CASES RECEIVED AFTER JULY 15, 2008.  Of course, any panel member who can switch to the fillable forms immediately, is free to do so.
