The United States District Court for the Western District of New York summons jurors from the following counties:  Buffalo Office -- Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, and Wyoming.  Rochester Office -- Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, and Yates.
