All motions will be submitted without oral argument.

Judge Telesca does not issue scheduling orders on motions.  Counsel should refer to Local Rules of Civil Procedure 7(b)(2) for briefing scheduling purposes.

Courtesy copies of motions are accepted only on motions with voluminous exhibits or as otherwise requested by the Court.
