VIDEO CONFERENCING SERVICES
Both Buffalo and Rochester Clerk's Offices are equipped to accomodate video conferences. Equipment is capable of initiating or receiving calls to and from any compatible system. The priority use of the video equipment is as follows:
- Prisoner pre-trial proceedings;
- Appellate oral arguments; and
- Judicial officer meetings and other court meetings
The video conferencing equipment may be made available for conferencing when not in use, provided the equipment is for court-related business. The Office of the Clerk administers the video conferencing for the District Court.
