Obtaining Copies of Audio Tapes

Upon request, the court may reproduce tapes on its own duplicating equipment or on commercial equipment and may sell copies of electronic sound recording tapes made as the official record to the public at the prevailing rate prescribed by the miscellaneous fee schedule in effect.

The form for requesting a transcript is the AO 436.
